    What is the thing that makes you feel free and ecstatic? Some people do crazy things for a moment of adrenaline, for the pleasure of being thoughtless for some minutes or hours.

    Is this real ecstasy? Is this real freedom?

     

    We believe that to access to real happiness and inner joy the way is inward and the door is our body: the bridge between presence and being.

    Being Me is an opportunity to unlearn the beliefs that are no longer serving you, that limit you in expressing yourself. Gently letting go of them and nurturing yourself as you are.


    This is a journey towards inner peace and fulfillment. Through reconnecting with our heart, body, mind and energy in a balanced way we become aware of all that we represent.

    So big is the desire in us to become this or that. To improve to change. And yet our essence never changes.

    What remains beyond the intellectual, emotional, physical and energetic? Let's connect with our essence. That everlasting space filled with inner peace and remain there in each moment of our lives.

    Me and others

    When you are clear about yourself there is no fear.

    Relating happens and we are open and free of judgments. We see others for who they are and connect in a vulnerable, compassionate way.

    Celebration

    We are alive and life is happening.

    This is the moment to be grateful for all that is and celebrate our existence. It's the time to realize that life takes care of life and that we are blessed beings.
